NOTES:

We use PayPal as our billing processor. You do NOT need an account with them to complete your transaction unless the item purchased is charged monthly or yearly. (Then you will need an account. A weekly backup of your entire website. A good option for a website that is mostly informational, makes very few sales, or is a non-profit that only receives occasional donations.
Full Site Daily Backups			$100 / month
A daily backup of your entire website. This option is highly recommended for saving the customer and sales records of any E-commerce website.
24 x 7 x 365 Individual Site Monitoring			$25 / month
If your website fails and goes down, we are immediately notified via multiple routes so we can begin investigating and resolving the problem.
Content Updates			$40 / hour*
Updating any content on your website, such as product information or catalogs, changed contact information, new shipping rates, etc.
General Maintenance			$40 / hour*
Clearing old files, old website logs, old visitor statistic files, etc.
MAMBO® Content Management System			$120 / year
A Content Management System (CMS) standardizes and automates the tasks associated with adding or updating content on your website. This is useful if you wish to handle these tasks yourself. Most CMSs are template driven and less flexible from a design standpoint.

Maintenance can be performed by the customer if they want. And many tools are included with our Website Hosting to help accomlish these tasks.

Some of these maintenance tasks are actually quite simple, just taking the time to accomplish them. Monitoring site status or setting up and downloading backups for example.

Others can be quite difficult and technical in nature. Such as updating product information or catalogs, installing or modifying program scripts, revising or redesigning the HTML code, etc.
