ABOUT MANVILLER WEB SERVICES

Designing, building and maintaining websites since 1999, we've gained a full and comprehensive understanding of all aspects to having a website presence on the internet. From small personal websites to larger business websites, we've successfully managed all sizes.

Our design philosophy and goals are to provide all that is necessary for the success of a client's website without overloading it with unneeded drains to their resources or budget. We would much rather have our services recommended to another person or business by earning the trust of our clients. We build websites to be lean and fast from the ground up. Our designs are Search Engine friendly from the start. There is no reason for a website to sacrifice style for good visibility to the Search Engines. We also design to the latest standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Adhering to these standards guarantees maximum compatibility of your website world-wide. Special accessibility features can also be designed into your website to accommodate those with various physical impairments if it is desired.

Our website hosting services are based on a solid and proven foundation. We contract our own web servers within the Global Compass, Inc. Internet Data Center (IDC) in Atlanta, GA. This facility is located in the middle of the Southeast's largest grouping of telecommunications companies. Atlanta, GA is the third ranking city in the U.S. for Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) behind New York City and Seattle, WA as of July, 2007.

Global Compass, and our servers, are in the same building as facilities for seven of the nine true Tier 1 providers (list below) that together form the core backbone of the entire internet. Our servers are literally only "one step away" from their infrastructure which guarantees the fastest and most faultless connections possible.

The building provides full security, fire protection and redundant power supply.

• 24x7x365 manned security, “man-trap” secured doors and regular patrols of the entire building. Exterior closed circuit TV on all entries and the rear loading area. Card key and/or biometric access controls to all doors and elevators.

• A secure loading area in the surface lot at the rear of the building is available to tenants for delivery of equipment.

• Full fire protection by industry standard dry pipe pre-action system.

• Primary power is fed by multiple separate Georgia Power Company sub-stations providing complete redundancy and a very reliable source of power.

• This power distribution is Georgia Power's most reliable grid that also supports the hospitals in the downtown area and the Federal Reserve Bank less than two blocks away.

• Backup power is supported by fourteen (14) Cummins® diesel generators with 12,000 gallons of existing fuel storage.

The nine true top level (Tier 1) internet providers are AT&T, Global Crossing, Level 3, Verizon, NTT Communications, Qwest, Sprint, AOL and SAVVIS. The only two that do not have a presence in the same building as us are AOL and SAVVIS.

We believe in being active in our community. We currently provide our services at below-cost to a local non-profit organization and we participate in numerous activities such as food drives and donations to local charities and resources.
